Furthermore, it helps enable deeper analytics by allowing sophisticated communication systems to be pushed into space while operating alongside high-performance computing hardware on-premise or cloud platforms. They’re also helping drive a new space economy by enabling Earth-moon or other lunar bases that international partners can use. Tom Keane finally adds that Azure Space also enables a wide range of services, like cloud-based communications solutions. Through this, communication satellites are made more cost-effective while also reducing operating costs associated with space travel.
