Tanner Winterhof is a man who knows how to work hard each day and have pride in his home. The Ames Foundation has been around for more than forty years and it wants to do all it can to make sure that the city is kept in good order for people to come and visit. 

Tanner Winterhof is the current secretary for the foundation and he takes great pride in it. He wants to be able to take advantage of the improvement opportunities that the city of Ames has for them. Many projects in the city have already been completed and more are on the way. It is a group effort that involves everyone. 

Tanner Winterhof knows that taking the small steps can make a big difference. It is by working together with other people and companies that gets the big jobs done within the agriculture industry. He can look at the city and smile at the beauty of it. He knows he has done well.
