Her parents were hardworking, which inspired her to do her best in everything. Her interest in law heightened since she could meet needy people, evaluate their problems, and help them. She is an individual who understands people’s suffering, and she is a major part of Dean Omar Branham Shirley. Jessica is dedicated to ensuring that individuals get their full rights regardless of their work or where they work.

When asked where the idea for her career came from, Jessica Dean said she once worked for a company that majored in representing individuals who have cancer caused by asbestos. After starting a firm with her friends, she wanted to continue doing the work. 

The thing that brings her ideas to life is working with a self-driven team. The experts are talented, and they have diverse backgrounds. Jessica Dean said that it is good to check in on clients from time to time. This helps to encourage individuals who have been hurt. 

When it comes to the failure she had as an entrepreneur, Jessica Dean was overzealous and didn’t trust actions taken by other parties. She says it’s good to build relationships and own mistakes.
