Searchland, a development site sourcing platform, has been instrumental in providing information to individuals concerning new properties, existing and those considered rental. The property information is critical as it offers insight into the performance of the market in real-time to the developers.

According to Searchland, the information provided by Rightmove Data Services will contain live, historic and rental data. According to Greycoat real estate agency, the information will be of great value to the individuals and companies involved in social housing and the build-to-rent sectors. The industry players will also be able to access data regarding dedicated retirement home stock, auction trends and information on sale prices achieved.
