Community involvement runs through the career of Debby Gomulka. Her personal website lists her as vice president of the Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts, chairman of the board of the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and president-elect of the Wilmington Rotary Club.

The roles span arts, preservation, and civic service. Thalian Hall supports the performing arts, the Bellamy Mansion Museum protects a historic home, and Rotary focuses on service. Each connects naturally to a designer who cares about culture and heritage.

Her wider record includes a Presidential Citation Award from the American Society of Interior Designers and a seat on its board of directors from 2022 to 2025, according to her website.

Her firm, Provenance Lee Interiors, describes her as a philanthropist, and its process includes learning about each client’s philanthropic causes. That attention to giving suggests how closely her professional and volunteer lives are intertwined.

A 2025 CEOWORLD profile notes her board service with the Bellamy Mansion Museum and Preservation North Carolina, as well as her role as US Ambassador for F-IND. The article presents her as a designer whose community leadership matters as much as her portfolio.

The combination of national professional service and local civic involvement helps explain why the CEOWORLD profile describes her as an international design ambassador with deep roots in her community.

In practice, this means her design work is supported by relationships built over many years. Clients who value local knowledge, cultural awareness, and a track record of service may find that her volunteer commitments say as much about her approach as her portfolio does. It is an approach that treats professional success and public service as parts of one continuous commitment rather than separate pursuits.

For clients seeking an award-winning interior designer with deep civic roots, her record offers helpful context. Additional details about her service are available on her LinkedIn profile.
